Jeff has been a CRNA for 23 years. He has worked in ALL types of practice environments. After joining an ALL CRNA owned practice Jeff became interested in the business side of anesthesia. He went on to get his MBA in 2011.

Also in 2011, Jeff and three other CRNAs started their own practice and provided anesthesia services at Findlay Surgery Center in Findlay, Ohio. After purchasing their first Ultrasound Machine in 2011, Jeff and Scott Urigel struggled and taught themselves how to do blocks they have done previously without ultrasound.

They went on to start another business, teaching CRNAs and physicians how to perform ultrasound guided nerve blocks. They eventually invented an app for iPhone and Android platforms called Block Buddy and years later Block Buddy would morph into Block Buddy Pro. Jeff and Scott are currently working as private contractors at two different ambulatory surgery centers in Findlay, Ohio.

Jeff is currently a Regional Director 2021-2023 on the AANA Board of Directors. He previously served as State Advocate to AANA Foundation.
